Asian Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
oil, olive, salad or cooking
chicken, broiler or fryers, breast, skinless, boneless, meat only, raw
spices, pepper, red or cayenne
sauce, hoisin, ready-to-serve
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
nuts, almonds
rice, white, long-grain, regular, unenriched, cooked without salt
Directions:
Heat vegetable oil spread in large nonstick skillet.
Add chicken; stir-fry 4 to 5 min.
or until no longer pink.
Add vegetables; stir-fry 2 min.
Stir in hoisin sauce and soy sauce; bring to boil.
Add nuts; cook until chicken is done and mixture is heated through, stirring frequently.
Serve over rice.
