Asian Black Bean Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
oil, corn, peanut, and olive
beans, snap, green, raw
spices, garlic powder
soup, chicken broth or bouillon, dry
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
rice, white, long-grain, regular, unenriched, cooked without salt
sugars, granulated
cornstarch

Directions:
Heat a wok or possibly heavy skillet over medium-high heat.
Add in the oil, the black beans and garlic.
Stir-fry about 12 seconds.
Add in the rest of the ingredients and stir-fry about 1 minute or possibly till sauce thickens.
Makesabout 3/4 c. sauce.
Serving Ideas : Serve with poultry, fish or possibly veggies.
NOTES : Black beans and rice wine and readily available in Asian markets and some supermarkets.
You may substitute dry white vermouth for the rice wine.
