Bc's Orange Tarragon Marinade Recipe
Ingredients:
orange juice, raw
oil, olive, salad or cooking
vinegar, red wine
shallots, raw
spices, tarragon, dried
orange juice, raw
salt, table
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in shallow nonmetal dish or possibly resealable plastic bag.
Makes about 1 1/4 c.
