Orange Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients:
oil, olive, salad or cooking
shallots, raw
brussels sprouts, raw
orange juice, raw
orange juice, raw
cranberries, dried, sweetened
Directions:
In a skillet, add olive oil and shallots, cook for about 30 seconds.
Add Brussels sprouts and saute until cooked, about 5 minutes.
Add orange juice and orange zest, stir until Brussels sprouts are coated with juice.
Place in a bowl and toss with fried cranberries.
Makes about 46 servings.
