Pecan Sauce for Pancakes
Ingredients:
syrup, maple, canadian
butter, without salt
salt, table
cream, whipped, cream topping, pressurized
nuts, pecans
Directions:
Boil syrup till a small amount forms a soft ball in cold water (236).
Remove from heat and add butter and salt, stirring till butter is melted.
Cool.
Add cream and pecans, and then serve on your pancakes.
