Cathy Jane Dressing
Ingredients:
vinegar, cider
sugars, granulated
celery, raw
salt, table
mustard, prepared, yellow
oil, olive, salad or cooking
onions, raw
Directions:
Mix first five ingrediants in a saucepan over medium heat.
Stir often, bring to a boil.
Let boil for one minute.
Remove from heat, add oil and oinion.
Stir and pour into container of choice.
Cool and serve on toss salad.
Refrigerate leftover dressing.
(Oil will settle; remove, warm with hand or set on the counter to return it to room temperature and shake well before serving again.)
