Finnish Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients:
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
sugars, granulated
cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
salt, table
Directions:
Bring the milk to a boil.
Combine the cocoa and farina with the salt and sugar and stir into the milk.
Continue cooking, stirring constantly, until thickened.
