Wheat'n Oat Pancakes
Ingredients:
oats
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, granulated
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
salt, table
spices, cinnamon, ground
egg, white, raw, fresh
oil, canola
vanilla extract
Directions:
Combine 1st two ingredients in small bowl and let stand 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients.
Beat eggs, oil, and vanilla into oat mixture just until blended.
Gradually stir wet mixture into dry mixture just until moistened (mixture should be lumpy).
Cook on medium heat.
