Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Ingredients:
beef, grass-fed, ground, raw
delallo, italian seasoned breadcrumbs,
salt, table
spices, pepper, black
oil, olive, salad or cooking
sugars, granulated
cornstarch
vinegar, distilled
water, bottled, generic
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
catsup

Directions:
Meatballs: Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper.
Mix well.
Form into 32 meatballs.
Heat oil in a large skillet.
Add meatballs.
Turn to brown on all sides.
Cover and cook until done, stirring occasionally.
Remove meatballs and drain fat from skillet.
Sauce: Stir together sugar and cornstarch.
Add vinegar, water, soy sauce, and ketchup.
Add to skillet.
Cook and stir until clear and thickened.
Add meatballs.
Heat through.
