Blue Cheese and Chive Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:
potatoes, raw, skin
cheese, blue
butter, without salt
chives, raw
spices, garlic powder
spices, pepper, black

Directions:
Cook the potatoes chunks in boiling water in a medium saucepot until they are fork tender for 15 -20 minutes.
Drain well, and return to pot.
Mash potatoes with a masher until smooth.
Stir in blue cheese, butter, chives, garlic salt, and pepper until thoroughly combined.
Return the mashed potatoes to stove and cook for a few minutes more until very hot.
