Argentine Spiced Parsley Sauce

Ingredients:
oil, olive, salad or cooking
vinegar, red wine
onions, raw
spices, garlic powder
parsley, fresh
spices, oregano, dried
spices, pepper, red or cayenne
salt, table
spices, pepper, black

Directions:
In a bowl, combine the oil and vinegar, and beat them together with a whisk.
Stir in the onions, garlic, parsley, oregano, cayenne, salt and black pepper, and taste for seasoning.
To develop its flavor, let the sauce stand at room temperature for 2 or 3 hours before serving.
"Chimichurri" is a traditional sauce for grilled and roasted meats.
