Apple Cider Fondue Recipe
Ingredients:
apples, raw, with skin
cheese, mozzarella, low sodium
cheese, provolone
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
spices, garlic powder
onions, raw
Directions:
Bring the apple cider to a boil or possibly microwave on high till the cider is reduced by half.
Add in the remaining ingredients to the boiling cider, and mix well.
Continue to heat till the mix is smooth and bubbling warm.
Briskly whisk the fondue to make sure it is smooth and pour into a pre-warmed serving dish.
Serve immediately.
