1 large, ripe mango, peeled and finely chopped
1 little crimson bell pepper, finely chopped
¼ cup finely chopped red onion
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro leaves
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
¼ teaspoon kosher salt

4 serrano chile peppers
1 pound new chorizo sausages, pierced various days with a fork
