Peppered Flank Steak

Ingredients:
beef, flank, steak, separable lean and fat, trimmed to 0" fat, all grades, cooked, broiled
spices, pepper, black
salt, table
spices, garlic powder
spices, pepper, red or cayenne
oil, olive, salad or cooking

Directions:
Combine spices in small bowl.
Rub oil all over steak.
Pat on spices.
Cook in non stick pan 5 minutes on each side.
Cut on diagonal.
Serve with nince big salad and steak fries.
