Employ the service of your preferred bread inside of this recipe. Whole wheat bread is Great and healthier When challah or brioche helps make your French toast light and airy.
Two tbsp. silken tofu
A single cup oat or soy milk
A single tbsp. nutritional yeast
Just one tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
pinch ground nutmeg
canola oil or nondairy butter, for frying
8 slices bread
warmed maple syrup, in the direction of serve

Inside a medium bowl, merge the tofu in direction of a paste with a tiny of the oat or soy milk. Although soft, include the getting milk, nutritional yeast, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
