As William Drennan reported inside 1795, “Nor one opinion of vengeance believe to defile/The lead to, or the gentlemen, of the Emerald Isle.”
2 ounces dry gin
1 teaspoon green crème de menthe
3 dashes Angostura bitters
1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Incorporate dry gin, crème de menthe, and bitters.
3. Stir.
4. Pour into a cocktail glass.
