EMERALD ISLE COOLER

3 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 ounce green crème de menthe
1 ounce Irish whiskey
1 ounce club soda

1. Pour vanilla ice cream, green crème de menthe, and Irish whiskey into a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a chilled highball glass.
4. Add club soda.
5. Stir carefully.
