8 ounces brown sugar
16 ounces pineapple juice
8 ounces orange juice
6 entire cloves
3 entire allspice berries
2 cinnamon sticks
Rind of 2 oranges
1/2 teaspoon salt
32 ounces crimson wine
1. Add water, brown sugar, pineapple juice, and orange juice inside a heavy nonaluminum saucepan.
2. Incorporate cloves, allspice, 2 cinnamon sticks, and salt.
3. Increase orange rinds.
4. Carry blend to a boil.
5. Remove warm and simmer for 15 minutes.
6. Increase wine.
7. Warm to particularly boiling and remove versus warm.
8. Provide warm with a cinnamon adhere for garnish.
