Zucchini Casserole
4 cups grated zucchini, squeezed dry with a towel
1 1/4 cups Middle Clever Bisquick
1/3 cup minced onion
3 heavy egg whites, overwhelmed
1 huge egg, crushed
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp kosher salt and clean black pepper to flavor
1 tsp parsley
Guidelines:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Combination something jointly inside a bowl. Spray 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray and pour combination. Bake right until golden brown and a toothpick inserted inside the heart will come out new, nearly 45 to 50 minutes. Slice into 12 equivalent elements.
