Drunken Shrimp

2 tsp much more virgin olive oil
2 tsp unsalted butter
1 tsp anchovy paste
1.25 lb huge or jumbo shrimp, peeled and deviened (1 lb at the time peeled)
6 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tsp beaten purple pepper flakes
refreshing pepper to flavor
2 tablespoons of capers (rinsed)
1/4 cup of white Wine
1 cup clam juice
juice against one lemon
generous handful of chopped parsley


Recommendations:
Warm olive oil and butter within just a skillet. Incorporate garlic, pepper flakes, and sauté 2-3 minutes.
Include Wine, clam juice, lemon juice, anchovy paste, parsley, salt and pepper, and stir. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Include shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes. Do not overcook the shrimp or it will develop into complicated and chewy. Provide shrimp with liquid inside of a bowl and some crusty bread upon the aspect to soak up the juice.
