Ingredients:
- 3 fat of stewing beef
- 1 1/2 fat low onions (pertaining to 7)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1- 28 oz. can tomatoes
- 1- 5 1/2 oz. can tomato paste
- 2 TBS crimson wine vinegar
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 adorable green pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. chopped refreshing parsley

Directions:
1. Prep and measure ingredients.
2. Combine ingredients in the recommended order.
3. Adapted method:
Slash beef into 1 inch cubes, trimming off any bodyweight Lower onions into wedges leaving root stop intact. Put meat & onions into gradual cooker together with garlic & tomatoes.
