CHESS TARTS

Ingredients:
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2/3 c. shortening & 2 tbsp. melted butter or margarine
- 5 to 7 tbsp. chilly water
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 1/2 c. raisins or chopped dates
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
1. Prep and measure ingredients.
2. Combine ingredients in the recommended order.

Incorporate dry substances. Slice within the shortening and butter. Incorporate 5 tablespoons water and the vinegar and incorporate to style dough. If extra chilly water is expecte
