BANANA NUT CAKE

Ingredients:
- 1/2 c. Crisco shortening
- 2 lg. eggs
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. buttermilk (or milk as well as vinegar)
- 1/2 c. crazy, chopped

Directions:
1. Prep and measure ingredients.
2. Combine ingredients in the recommended order.
