- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 1/2 c. rhubarb, diced
- 1/2 c. walnuts
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions:
1. Prep and measure ingredients.
2. Combine ingredients in the recommended order.
3. Adapted method:
Incorporate egg, oil, baking powder, salt and sugar. Incorporate milk, vanilla, flour and rhubarb. Stir Fantastic, put inside 9 x 13 inch pan. Just take 1/4 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon c
