Ingredients:
- 3 lb 8 oz (1.6 kg) Clean rhubarb
- 8 fl oz (250 mL) Water
- 8 oz (225 g) Sugar
- 4 fl oz (125 mL) Water
- 2.5 oz (75 g) Cornstarch
- 8 oz (225 g) Sugar
- 1 tsp (5 mL) Salt
- 1 oz (30 g) Butter

Directions:
