Filo rhubarb pie

Ingredients:
500g/1lb 2oz crimson rhubarb
1 teaspoon merged spice
grated zest and juice of 1 orange
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 tablespoon small-body weight spread
3 sheets filo pastry

Directions:
First, preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gasoline mark 6.
