Roasted Snapper Fillet and Sustainable Seafood
3 snapper fillets, 8 oz each
2 tsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp contemporary rosemary or contemporary oregano
kosher salt and refreshing pepper
1 tbsp Italian expert breadcrumbs
fresh new lemon wedges for serving
Preheat oven to 450°. Rinse and dry fish nicely. Line a broiler rack with aluminum foil. Evenly spray with oil.
Rub fish with 1 tsp olive oil and time with salt and pepper, garlic and rosemary.
Level pores and skin facet down upon oven rack and sprinkle bread crumbs upon ultimate.
Drizzle getting oil and bake right up until fish is cooked all through, pertaining to 15-20 minutes.
