Ingredients:
- 2 cups (250 g) all-motive flour or
- 1 tbsp. in addition 3/4 tsp. (10 g) hectic dry yeast
- 1/4 cup (55 ml) further-virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to style

Directions:
