Straightforward Summer months Spaghetti

Ingredients:
- 500g combined purple and yellow cherry tomatoes, washed and chopped
- 150g black olives, pitted
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped
- 15ml spoon pink wine vinegar
- 20g pack lemon basil, leaves eliminated versus stem
- 20g oregano, leaves eliminated towards stem
- 150ml olive oil
- 400g spaghetti or linguine
- Salt and recently floor black pepper

Directions:
1. Gather and prep all ingredients before cooking.
2. Start with medium heat (or preheat oven if baking).
3. Add ingredients in sequence and cook until done.
4. Adjust seasoning, then plate and serve.
