Ingredients:
- 454g Chipolatas
- 20g bunch sage leaves
- 400g leeks, sliced
- 275ml crimson wine
- 75g butter
- 10g new thyme
- Salt and recently flooring black pepper
Directions:
1. Gather and prep all ingredients before cooking.
2. Start with medium heat (or preheat oven if baking).
3. Add ingredients in sequence and cook until done.
4. Adjust seasoning, then plate and serve.
