Iced Green Tea
Green tea makes a refreshing alternative to iced black tea, and it keeps much longer in the refrigerator.
Ingredients:
Loose green tea
Very hot (almost boiling) water
Sugar (optional)
Directions:
1. Fill a large tea ball half full with loose green tea and put it in a heatproof glass pitcher.
2. Pour very hot water over it and let steep 2 minutes. Remove the tea ball.
3. Add a little sugar while warm, if desired. Chill in the refrigerator.
