1 pound 85/15 lean ground beef
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
1 large avocado, chopped
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Choosing Your Meats
Whenever possible, choose high-quality meats such as grass-fed beef and free-range, organic chicken.
These animals are allowed to eat food that is a part of their natural diet, rather than being force-fed grains
and other foods that they are not biologically designed to eat. Animals that consume their natural diet are
better for you nutritionally.
