ROMANESCO WITH MUSHROOM AND WINE SAUCE

Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Water, as necessary
- 1 pound button mushrooms, sliced
- 3 tablespoons butter or olive oil
- 1 cup port, or other significant pink wine
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Directions:
1. Assemble and measure all ingredients before beginning.
2. Prepare the pan or pot and preheat if the dish requires oven cooking.
3. Combine ingredients in sequence, stirring or layering for even cooking.
