ENCHILADA CASSEROLE

Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon corn or vegetable oil
- 1 cup enchilada sauce
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 2 tablespoons sliced black olives

Directions:
