Confectioner Softened Topping
Ingredients:
1 box confectioners sugar
1/2 c. strawberries
1 stick margarine, softened
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Directions:
Mix soft margarine and sugar well. Add pecans and strawberries until right
consistency to spread over cake. Can use 3 cake pans.
