Absinthe Suissesse
Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces anise liqueur (Pernod)
1/2 ounce orgeat
1 egg white
1/2 ounce cream
4 ounces ice
Directions:
1. Put the anise liqueur, orgeat, egg white, cream and ice into a blender and blend.
2. Pour into a chilled old-fashioned glass.
