Absinthe Cocktail
Ingredients:
1 1/4 ounces dry gin
1 1/4 ounces dry vermouth
1/2 teaspoon Benedictine
1/2 teaspoon absinthe
Dash orange bitters
Lemon peel, for garnish
Ice
Directions:
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add the gin, vermouth, Benedictine, absinthe and bitters and stir.
3. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon peel.
