Absinthe Cocktail
Ingredients:
11/4 ounces dry gin
11/4 ounces dry vermouth
1/2 teaspoon Benedictine
1/2 teaspoon absinthe
Directions:
Dash of Orange bitters
1.Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
2.Add gin,vermouth,Benedictine,absinthe,and
bitters.
3.Stir.
4.Strain into a cocktail glass.
5.Garnish with a lemon peel.
