Tequila Punch
Tequila Punch
Ingredients:
2 ounces reposado tequila
2 ounces grapefruit juice
1 ounce Aperol
Directions:
Thin rhubarb stalks, for garnish
1. Put ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. Add the tequila, grapefruit juice, and Aperol.
Cover and shake well, until the shaker is fogged with cold moisture.
2. Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with rhubarb.
Passion Pisco Sour
1 COCKTAIL
Don’t skimp on the pisco. Better bottlings simply cost more. There’s not
much in this cocktail to hide the taste of the rotgut stuff. (And don’t use
an aged Chilean pisco, more like aged rum, too dark a taste for this
simple libation.)
