Elderflower Spritz
Elderflower Spritz
Ingredients:
3 ounces medium-dry white wine, such as Grüner Veltliner
½ ounce St-Germain elderflower liqueur
2 ounces bottled bitter lemon mixer
Directions:
1. Put ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. Pour in the wine and liqueur. Shake well, until
the shaker is fogged with cold moisture.
2. Strain into a highball glass (without ice). Top with the bitter lemon and stir.
Tequila Punch
1 COCKTAIL
Pink or white grapefruit juice? It won’t matter with this big twist on the
more standard margarita. There’s no need to put a salt rim on the glasses.
