Pearsecco
Ingredients:
1 ounce peach puree, thawed if frozen
½ ounce elderflower liqueur
2 ounces Prosecco
Directions:
Thin slice of fresh pear, for garnish
1. In a flute or martini glass, combine the peach puree and elderflower liqueur.
2. Slowly pour in the Prosecco until it nearly reaches the rim.
3. Stir gently. Garnish the glass with a pear slice.
ESPRESSO STOUT MARTINI
Simple syrup and light brown sugar to rim the glass
