Caramel Lemon Drop
Caramel Lemon Drop
Ingredients:
1 ounce limoncello liqueur
1 ounce fresh lemon juice, preferably Meyer lemon juice
1 ounce Caramel Syrup
Directions:
Fresh raspberries, for garnish
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the vodka, limoncello, lemon juice, and
caramel syrup. Cover and shake well, until the shaker is fogged with cold moisture.
2. Strain over fresh ice in a highball glass. Garnish with a raspberry or two.
Elderflower Spritz
1 COCKTAIL
This may be the first time you’ve put wine in a cocktail shaker. Use a
wine you’d drink on its own, straight up. Don’t cheap out—but also
don’t insult your guests by opening the nice white wine they brought and
pouring it into a cocktail shaker.
Small ice cubes for the shaker
