Beef Burgundy
Serves 4
Beef burgundy is traditionally served with mashed potatoes or noodles, but you
won’t miss them. This flavorful French stew is teeming with veggies and savory
meat. Best of all, it cooks in the slow cooker, making it suitable for even a
weeknight meal. Combine the ingredients the night before and refrigerate. In the
morning, just turn the slow cooker on and dinner is made.
