Lemon Thyme Rubbed Lamb Chops
Lemon Thyme Rubbed Lamb Chops
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
Juice and zest of one lemon
1/2 cup olive oil
6 free-range, organic lamb chops
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a gallon-size freezer bag and toss to coat the lamb chops
evenly with the marinade. Chill and marinate for at least 1 hour up to 24.
When ready to cook, preheat grill over medium-high heat. Grill on both sides
until chops are cooked to your desired temperatures.
Allow to rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
