1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Fresh chopped parsley for garnish
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions:
Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a small bowl and brush over the
steaks. Season with freshly ground black pepper to taste. Heat a large skillet over

both sides, about 5-6 minutes per side for medium rare steaks.
Allow the steaks to rest for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley and
serve.

If you love a classic BLT, then you’ll love this easy twist that uses a buffalo
burger instead of bread. In the summer, these work great on the grill, but you can
cook them on a pan for a quick lunch or dinner.
