Roast Beef with Thyme, Garlic and Red Wine
Serves 4-5
Although simple to prepare, this recipe does require a little cooking time, so
make sure you start early. You should not take short cuts when it comes to
purchasing the meat—top sirloin is used for the marbling fat that will add the main
source of flavor, as well as provide a healthy source of energy.
