Bright and Sunny Chicken Salad
Serves 4
Tired of plain old chicken salad? This version really ups the volume with a curry
mayonnaise and tropical fruit. Commercial mayonnaise is full of sodium and
preservatives, but on the Paleo diet, you’ll learn to whip up homemade mayonnaise
in less than 2 minutes for a healthful and flavorful alternative.
