Polish Sausage Bake
Ingredients:
Polish sausage
1 large green bell pepper
1 large onion or 2 medium
5 potatoes
1/2 cup Italian dressing
Directions:
1. Wash potatoes well (do not peel), take the outer skin off the onion and discard.
2. Cube the pepper, onion, potato, and polish sausage into large chunks.
3. Throw it all in a large plastic bag, add the Italian dressing and shake well. Empty contents of the bag into a large baking dish and bake at 350°F for 30-45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
