Polish Sausage Stew
Ingredients:
1 can product of celery soup
1/4 cup brown sugar
27 ounce can sauerkraut, drained
1 1/2 pounds polish sausage, lower inside 2 inch sections
4 med. potatoes, pared and cubed
1 cup chopped onion
4 ounces shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Directions:
1. Cook sausage, potatoes, and onion until carried out. add soup, sugar & sauerkraut, cook until combined. Mixture with other ingredients and top with cheese.
