Snickerdoodle Mix
Ingredients:
2 3/4 C. all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 1/2 C. sugar
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the ingredients with a whisk. Store the mix in an airtight
container.
Attach these instructions to the jar:

Makes about 5 dozen cookies
