Ingredients:
• 2 cup Flour 1
• Egg, hefty
• 3/4 cup Sugar
• 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
• 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
• 2 tsp Grated orange peel
• 1/2 tsp Baking soda
• 3/4 cup Orange juice
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 1/4 cup Rhubarb, contemporary good cutped
• 3/4 cup Cutped pecans
Instructions:
1. Mix all dry elements. Beat egg and oil; add orange juice. Cover to flour mix. Cover rhubarb. Bake 350°F 25-30 min.
